The moment a respondent finishes, ChatWisp upserts them as a HubSpot contact by email and attaches the whole interview — every question and answer, in their own words — as a note on that contact. There are no custom properties to create first: we only ever write email/first name/last name/phone, which every HubSpot account already has. Forms that don't collect an email simply aren't sent (there's no contact to create).

How to connect

In HubSpot, click Settings (gear) → Integrations → Private Apps → Create a private app.
Name it (e.g. “ChatWisp”).
Open the Scopes tab and add crm.objects.contacts.write and crm.objects.contacts.read.
Click Create app, then Continue creating.
Click Show token and copy it — HubSpot only shows it once, so paste it here right away.
Make sure your HubSpot user has contacts read/write permission.
