Go to id.atlassian.com → Security → Create and manage API tokens, and create a token.
Copy your Jira site URL, the account email, and the token.
Enter them here along with the project key issues should be created in.
Click “Send test event” — a sample issue appears in the project.
In the routing matrix, set the trigger to “A problem or need was mentioned”.
