Microsoft retired the old Office 365 connectors, so this uses a Power Automate workflow URL you generate yourself: nothing to install, no admin approval, no app registration.

How to connect

In Teams, open the channel you want responses in and choose Workflows.
Pick the “Post to a channel when a webhook request is received” template and create it.
Power Automate shows you an HTTPS URL when the flow is saved — copy it.
Paste it here and save the connection.
Click “Send test event” — a sample card appears in the channel.
