Messaging

Send an SMS alert to your own on-call or team number when a response needs a human — wired to the “a problem was mentioned” or “the response was negative” trigger, a phone buzzes only when it matters. The alert leads with why it fired, includes the assistant's summary, and links straight to the full interview.

How to connect

  1. In the Twilio Console, copy your Account SID and Auth Token from the dashboard.
  2. Copy an SMS-capable Twilio number from Phone Numbers → Manage → Active numbers.
  3. Paste all three here, plus the team number that should receive alerts.
  4. Click “Send test event” — a sample alert arrives by SMS.
  5. In the routing matrix, set the trigger to “A problem or need was mentioned” so it only fires when it matters.
