When the interviewer notices a respondent has a problem, open a Zendesk ticket in their words — with the whole interview as the first comment and the requester set from their email, so an agent can just reply. Wire it to the “a problem or need was mentioned” trigger and you get real tickets, not one per completion.

How to connect
- In Zendesk Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations → Zendesk API.
- Enable token access and add a new API token — copy it now, it's shown once.
- Enter your subdomain, the agent email the token belongs to, and the token here.
- Click “Send test event” — a sample ticket appears in your queue.
- In the routing matrix, set the trigger to “A problem or need was mentioned”.
Zendesk isn't connectable yet — it's on the roadmap.
