# Branding your forms

# Branding your forms

Every ChatWisp form automatically inherits your workspace's brand profile — and you can override the look of any single form to match different projects or campaigns.

## Your brand profile

Set up your workspace brand in the **Brand** area on your dashboard:

- **Logo** — appears at the top of your forms.
- **Colors** — choose a ready-made palette (Indigo, Ember, Ocean, Forest, Grape, Slate, Sunset) or create your own with a color picker (primary, secondary, accent, and surface colors).
- **Fonts** — select heading and body fonts from a curated set of professional typefaces.
- **Background image** — an optional full-bleed background for the respondent experience.
- **Brand guidelines** — a free-text note about your voice and tone (like "playful and conversational, avoid jargon"). Wispy reads this when designing forms, so generated forms match your style.

A **live preview** shows every change instantly, and your brand flows into the AI form designer — so generated forms look like yours from the first draft.

## ChatWisp branding & white-label

By default, every form carries the ChatWisp logo alongside *your* logo, colors, and fonts — co-branding that shows the form is clearly yours and clearly powered by ChatWisp. If your plan includes **white-label**, the Brand area shows a toggle to remove ChatWisp branding entirely, so respondents see only your brand.

On any individual form, the **Customize** workspace also lets you override the accent color, choose light or dark, and set the logo just for that form.

## Common questions

### Where does my brand actually show up?
On every screen a respondent sees: the welcome screen, the questions, and the ending. Your logo, colours and fonts carry through both the AI interview and classic forms.

### Can I remove ChatWisp's branding?
On plans that include white-label, yes, via a toggle in your Brand area. Both the plan capability and your own opt-in are required, so branding is never removed by a plan change alone.

### Can one form look different from the rest?
Yes. Workspace brand is the default, and any single form can override the accent, the light or dark treatment and the logo from its own Customize tab.

### Does the AI use my brand when it builds a form?
It does. Your brand guidelines note is read by the form designer, so a generated form starts in your voice and colours rather than in ours.
