# Working as a team

ChatWisp is built for collaboration. Invite colleagues into your [workspace](/knowledge-base/results/voice-and-workspace-insights) and give them the right level of access for their role.

## Roles and what they can do

- **Owner** — full control: create and edit any form, see all results, invite people, and manage the workspace.
- **Editor** — create and edit forms and work with results.
- **Viewer** — read-only access to results.

One person is the **[Account](/knowledge-base/getting-started/create-account) Owner**, the steward of the entire workspace. You can change roles or remove members any time.

## Inviting teammates

Generate a shareable accept link from the **Team** area and send it to a colleague. When they accept, they join your workspace with the role you assigned, and they receive a **welcome email** confirming they have been added.

## Form visibility within your team

Each form can be **shared with the team** (everyone can see and work on it, according to their role) or **private to you** (only you and workspace owners can see it). This setting is independent of how *respondents* access the form — it controls what your *team* sees. The dashboard neatly groups "yours" and "your team's" forms.
