# The results dashboard

Every ChatWisp form has a live **results dashboard** that turns raw responses into clear, visual understanding — no spreadsheets or data skills required.

## At-a-glance metrics

The top of the dashboard shows ring-meter KPIs that give you the headline picture instantly:

- **Responses** — how many people took part.
- **Completed** — how many finished, with a completion-rate ring.
- **Probe rate** — how often the AI followed up (a signal of engagement depth).
- **Average answers** — typical depth per completed session.
- **Flagged** — how many responses the Trust Engine set aside for quality review.

## A tailored chart for every question type

Each question gets a visualization designed for its data shape — an NPS gauge with Detractor/Passive/Promoter bands, average stars with a distribution, a diverging Likert bar, choice donuts, a ranking podium, number stats, a date timeline, and for open text a sentiment breakdown with a word cloud and sample quotes.

## Every individual response

Click any response card to open the full picture: the **full verbatim transcript** of the conversation, a **per-session AI summary** with key themes, sentiment, and standout quotes, and a clean **question-by-question** list of exactly what they answered — with markers showing where the AI probed deeper.

The moment responses come in, you can see what they mean — the headline numbers, the patterns, and the human stories — all in one place, updating live.
