Accessibility is not an afterthought in ChatWisp — it is a design requirement. Every form is built to meet recognized accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) so your respondents can answer however works best for them.

Voice is never required

A fully equivalent text path is always available and first-class. Respondents can type instead of speak, or switch between voice and chat at any moment. No one is locked out by their choice of input.

Full keyboard operability

Everything works without a mouse — including reordering ranking items with arrow keys. Navigate, answer, and submit using only a keyboard.

Captions everywhere

Spoken questions and spoken answers are shown as text in real time, making conversations clear and trustworthy for everyone — whether someone is d/Deaf, hard of hearing, or simply in a noisy place.

Strong contrast and clear information

Forms use strong color contrast, and information is never conveyed by color alone. For example, the NPS bands are labeled by text, not just color, so everyone sees the full picture.

Respect for reduced motion

If a respondent has enabled reduced-motion preferences, animations calm down or stop. The form stays responsive and clear, just with less movement.

No surprise timeouts

Respondents move at their own pace. There are no time limits that force a quick answer.

The value: your forms reach everyone in your audience — which is both the right thing to do and a practical way to gather more complete feedback.
