If something about a form seems abusive, deceptive, or harmful, respondents (and you) can flag it confidentially for review.

How to report

A "Report this form" link appears near the form's footer, and a flag icon also appears in the voice runner's top bar — so a form can be reported at any time, even before answering. Reporting takes a couple of taps:

  1. Pick a reason — like harassment, violence, fraud, or a privacy concern.
  2. Optionally add a note with more context.
  3. Send it confidentially to ChatWisp's Trust & Safety team.

What happens next

ChatWisp's Trust & Safety team reviews every report. If a form is found to break the rules, it may be taken offline and its responses removed, and the creator is notified with a way to reach support.

Play by the rules

As a creator, remember that abusive, deceptive, or harmful forms violate ChatWisp's policies. Build forms that respect your respondents and contribute to a trustworthy platform.
