Your data is always yours. ChatWisp gives you clean, standard export formats so your responses flow into whatever tools you already use — no lock-in, no proprietary formats.

CSV export

Ready for Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or any analysis tool. The CSV delivers one row per response, one column per question. For open-text questions you also get separate verbatim columns with the raw text. The export is hardened against spreadsheet formula-injection, so it is safe to open.

JSON export

A complete, structured export with full fidelity for developers and data warehouses. It includes every answer, the AI's automated synthesis (themes, sentiment, suggested follow-ups), and the full conversation transcript — ideal for feeding into other systems, running custom analysis, or archiving.

Quality decisions are yours

By default, exports reflect your quality decisions — flagged responses are excluded based on your review. Before exporting, you can adjust the filter to include or exclude different quality levels, giving you total control over what leaves ChatWisp.

Common questions

What is in the CSV?

One row per response, with a column per question, the captured answer in its proper type, timestamps, and the quality flags. Quiz forms add their outcome and score columns.

Does the export include the conversation?

The JSON export carries the full transcript, including the follow-ups the interviewer asked. CSV is the flatter, spreadsheet-shaped view.

Can I pull data automatically instead of downloading it?

Yes, on plans that include API access. The Forms API returns responses programmatically, and integrations can push each response to your own tools as it arrives.

Are skipped and partial answers included?

Yes, and they are distinguishable. A skipped optional question is recorded as skipped rather than as an empty string, so you can tell refusal apart from no-answer.

Is my data mine?

Yes. Export it whenever you like, in either format, with no gate on taking it with you.
