CSV export
Perfect for Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or any analysis tool. The CSV delivers one row per response, one column per question. For open-text questions you also get separate verbatim columns with the raw text. The export is hardened against spreadsheet formula-injection, so it is safe to open.
JSON export
A complete, structured export with full fidelity for developers and data warehouses. It includes every answer, the AI's automated synthesis (themes, sentiment, suggested follow-ups), and the full conversation transcript — ideal for feeding into other systems, running custom analysis, or archiving.
Quality decisions are yours
By default, exports reflect your quality decisions — flagged responses are excluded based on your review. Before exporting, you can adjust the filter to include or exclude different quality levels, giving you total control over what leaves ChatWisp.
