Common questions
Where do the numbers come from?
From your responses, computed in code. Counts, distributions, significance and drop-off are all calculated before any model sees them, so the figures on this page cannot be invented or drift between refreshes.
Why does my chart look different from someone else's?
Each question type gets the visualisation that suits it, so an NPS question renders a gauge while a ranking renders a podium. The dashboard adapts to your form rather than forcing one chart on every question.
Do flagged responses change my charts?
Only if you let them. Charts can be weighted by quality while the raw export always stays complete, so you can review what was flagged and decide, rather than having the tool decide for you.
Can I see one person's whole interview?
Yes. Every response opens as a full transcript, including the follow-ups the interviewer asked and the answers it captured along the way.
