Getting started with ChatWisp takes about a minute. You will create a workspace — your private space for building forms and collecting responses — and then sign in whenever you are ready to work.
How to sign up
Visit ChatWisp and choose one of two ways:
- Email and password — enter your email, create a password, and name your workspace (for example, "Acme Research"). This creates your own private space.
- Continue with Google — sign in with your Google account, then name your workspace.
When you sign up you get your own private workspace, full access to the form builder, your own results dashboards, brand settings, and the ability to invite teammates later. ChatWisp also sends a short welcome email with getting-started tips.
How to sign in
Return to the sign-in screen any time and use the same method you signed up with. Your session stays active securely in your browser, so you stay signed in as you work — until you explicitly sign out from the account menu.
Forgot your password?
If you cannot remember your password:
- Click Forgot password? on the sign-in screen
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a secure reset link (it expires after about an hour)
- Follow the link to choose a new password
For your security, you will always see the same confirmation message whether or not the email is on file. If you signed up with Continue with Google, there is no password to reset — just use Google sign-in again.
